In the Central Plains, behind the Qingyun City in the southwest, there stands a celestial mountain. Within this mountain, there is a giant bell engraved with the patterns of nine dragons, hence it was named Longzhong Mountain by later generations. However, the origins of this dragon bell remain unknown to all.

Later, there were practitioners of cultivation who traveled here, thriving in the immortal mountains. Subsequently, they took root in this place, establishing schools and writing texts, thereby naming their sect after this mountain, known as the Longzhong Sect

However, even if one transcends the mortal realm and lives for several hundred more years, what difference does it make? Thus, most individuals who reach such a state seek out places rich in spiritual energy to begin their secluded cultivation. As time passes, these individuals gradually detach themselves from the mundane world and start to establish their own domain, which they name the Realm of Cultivation. The techniques they explore are collectively referred to as Cultivation Techniques. The differences in these techniques also give rise to various types of cultivators, such as those who cultivate the Dao, the Demonic Path, or Buddhism. Ultimately, however, they all share the same goal of achieving the Heavenly Path.

This bell possesses spirituality and is referred to by mortals as the Nine Dragons Divine Bell. It is said that worshipping and striking it can dispel inner demons and bring peace, which is why it is widely known.

Nevertheless, humanity continues to advance relentlessly.

In this way, their lives have been extended for a long time. Anyone who wishes to transcend life and death must face the heavenly tribulation, as it is an act against the natural order. The power of the heavenly tribulation is immense, and very few are truly able to succeed in overcoming it

In this world, there are fundamentally no cultivation techniques; however, since ancient times, humanity has continuously explored and sought knowledge, integrating the principles of nature and the universe, studying itself, and ultimately creating numerous extraordinary techniques.

Countless extraordinary individuals and masters of cultivation have perished in this calamity, and gradually, ancient humanity began to seek materials from heaven and earth, forging weapons and employing various means to resist the heavenly tribulation. Thereafter, the magical treasures and spiritual devices of cultivation continuously became more profound and expansive, with their power and attributes also steadily increasing

The story begins with this ancient bell.
